Fruit for this Pinot Gris was crushed and then left for three hours on skins before pressing to achieve desirable phenolics and texture. It was fermented cool and then matured on yeast lees for 7 months in stainless steel to encourage mid palate texture.

The Little Giant Adelaide Hills Chardonnay displays enticing aromas of golden peach, pineapple, vanillin oak and a touch of caramel that lead into a generous palate with excellent weight and a buttery mouthfeel. From premium vineyards in South Australia, grapes were hand picked then fermented with a small portion of whole bunch (about 5%) for complexity. The wine was then transferred to 600ltr barrels for maturation, a portion of which had seen 30% new oak.
The Little Giant Pinot Noir is bright and expressive, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and subtle floral notes. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, offering vibrant red fruit flavours layered with hints of spice and soft, earthy undertones. Fine tannins and fresh acidity give the wine structure and balance, leading to a smooth, elegant finish.

Gamay was sourced from premium South Australian vineyards, the grapes were hand-picked and fermented with around 5% whole bunches to enhance complexity. The wine was then matured in 600L barrels, with approximately 30% new oak and the remainder aged in seasoned oak.
Juicy, fragrant and expressive. Aromas and flavours of red cherry, raspberry and strawberries. Medium bodied in weight, Little Giant Gamay is an energetic wine with lovely complexity and a refreshing finish.

Little Giant Grenache was crafted from a combination of older and younger vine Grenache vineyards within Seaview and Willunga. Small 3-5 tonne batches of high quality hand-picked fruit were fermented separately in open top fermenters. Minimal daily plunging ensued to gently build colour and the tannin profile without over extraction before being transferred partially to older oak and the remainder to stainless steel tank for maturation prior to blending and bottling.
The Little Giant Grenache is vibrant and juicy, bursting with red cherry, raspberry, and hints of wild strawberry. Subtle notes of spice, dried herbs, and earthy undertones add complexity to the plush, medium-bodied palate. Fine tannins and bright acidity carry through to a smooth, lingering finish.

Grapes were sorted both at harvesting in the vineyard and later on arrival at the winery before full de-stemming. Fruit was fermented in open stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature with hand plunging for seven to ten days. Primarily matured in stainless steel with around 20% matured in seasoned French oak.
Dark berry aromas complemented by floral hints and a subtle sweet tobacco influence that is so typical of the variety. The palate is bursting with juicy black fruits, a touch of oak and a soft easy-going tannin structure making it perfect for any kind of barbecued meats.

Don’t let the size or ABV% fool you, this Mid-Strength offering from Little Giant stays true to the region and delivers a wine experience to rival traditional wines. Picked in the cool of the morning to retain freshness, the fruit is de-stemming and fermented in stainless steel tanks. A small component of the blend is cool distilled whilst another undergoes ultra-membrane filtration. With very gentle handling, these components are masterfully blended back into the original parcel of wine to arrive at a well-integrated, lighter finished ABV. The wine post fermentation & blending spends the following three months maturing in stainless steel and 25% in second-use oak before bottling.
This is a contemporary Barossa Shiraz having spent maturation time in older oak adding subtle vanilla and chocolate nuances. There’s softness on the finish and with its moderate alcohol is perfect for the luncheon occasion to partner many red meat cuisines or a Sunday BBQ!

Fruit sourced from a single vineyard planted to both Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz was destemmed and crushed to stainless steel fermenters where it underwent an extended maceration on skins to ensure colour. Each ferment was plunged and pumped over daily to extract flavour and tannin. The wine was then aged in a mix of stainless steel and old oak.
Lifted aromatics, dark berried fruit and defined structure of Cabernet Sauvignon is complemented by the ripe opulence and spice of Shiraz to create a complex and balanced wine.

As with all our Little Giant range, this wine relies on freshness and flavour. This NV tawny is everything we love about this style. A heady nose of fragrant raisin fruit with complexing nuances of caramel and toffee. It finishes long with good depth of concentration and cleansing acidity.

A balanced and expressive Nebbiolo, bright tart cherry with exotic spice of sandalwood and cloves, tannins are sandy and fine. Fresh and full of bright character, whilst delivering power and intensity in an approachable way.

A classic Clare Valley blend where Malbec seems to thrive. Malbec is a variety that loves Clare and its soils, the daily warmth and cool evenings during harvest. Minimal time in oak barrels of up to 3 months. The essence of this blended wine is to showcase youthful Malbec fruits with its vibrancy and freshness.
The brooding Malbec is softened by the addition of juicy Shiraz. Bright, thick skinned and slightly tannic Malbec is enhanced by a judicious splash of fragrant, blue and red berried spicy Shiraz. The palate is full bodied and packed with flavour with a great deal of weight and concentration on the long finish. Good drinking now but certain to improve with careful cellaring. Look no further than pairing it with roast lamb.

We love to call this the Little Batch of ‘Monte’. Fabulously ripe and fragrant, the bouquet presents dark plum, raspberry, floral, and subtle spice aromas, leading to a succulent palate that offers excellent weight and a plump mouthfeel. Splendidly structured by polished tannins, making it robust yet silky and flavoursome.

The Grenache is a blend of two vineyards, one from Rowland Flat and the other from Vine Vale. Rowland Flat provides the structure, Vine Vale on sands provides the aromatics. The Tempranillo is sourced from Light Pass from a 25-year-old vineyard. All of the wine was matured in large 500L oak barrels for 15 months prior to being blended and bottled.
Fruit forward juicy grenache is complemented by the distinctive tannins of Tempranillo making for a very approachable blend. The two varieties work seamlessly together, the Grenache provides spice and aromatic lift, while the Tempranillo ensures savoury characters and textural complexity to the palate.

This McLaren Vale Shiraz is wonderfully fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows blackberry, rich floral, game, clove, and nutmeg aromas. The palate delivers excellent weight and plump mouthfeel, wonderfully framed by layers of fine-grained tannins, finishing robust and flavoursome.

Siegersdorf Vineyards in the Barossa Valley is a sustainably managed, dry-grown vineyard on the valley floor of the Barossa. The vineyard’s soil, valley floor climate and east-west row orientation ensures a warm site with afternoon sun for ripening full-flavoured fruit. The vines’ 105 year-old age means they are low-yielding, producing superb fruit concentration and flavour. 100% hand-picked, the fruit was naturally fermented in an open top fermenter for 22 days with only hand and foot plunging.
The wine was matured in large French oak puncheons for 18 months before being blended and bottled without fining or filtrations.
Deep and brooding black, purple and blue fruits with layers of complexity and concentration. A multitude of mouth filling flavours pulled in line with fine integrated oak and tannins. Delicious in the short-term and will age gracefully longer term.

Concentrated red berry fruits and blood plum aromas arrive immediately with vanilla bean and cedar wood in support. A mouth-filling wine that somehow remains light in the mouth. Lovely now and will certainly reward longer term cellaring.

Like the 85yo Vines, this wine is sourced from the dry-grown Crane’s vineyard in the Eden Valley, albeit from a plot planted a few decades later and ageing 50 years in age. Fruit was 100% hand-picked to ensure quality and no damage to this historic vineyard before being crushed and fermented in open top fermenters. Fruit was plunged daily by hand to promote colour and complexity. Matured in large French oak for 18 months before bottling without fining or filtration.
