Nestled in the Mount Lofty Ranges, vineyards benefit from crisp mornings, cool nights, and well-drained soils that preserve natural acidity and aromatic intensity. While Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir shine here, the region’s alternate varieties, such as Nebbiolo, also show elegance and precision. Adelaide Hills’ wines are defined by clarity of fruit, vibrant aromatics, and a distinctive sense of a cool-climate.

Established by German settlers in the 1840s, the Barossa boasts some of the world’s oldest continuously producing vines. Its rugged terrain and rocky, well-drained soils produce elegant, aromatic wines, especially Riesling and refined Shiraz. Morning mists and crisp evenings preserve natural acidity, allowing for slow, even ripening and exceptional purity of fruit. First planted in the 1860s, the Eden Valley’s landscape is as striking as its wines, marked by rolling ridges, scattered eucalyptus, and a sense of tranquility.

McLaren Vale is one of South Australia’s oldest and most celebrated wine regions. Over time, it has become the heartland of Australian Grenache where the region’s warm and dry Mediterranean climate paired with cooling sea breezes from the Gulf of St Vincent, provide ideal conditions for the variety to flourish. Many of McLaren Vale’s Grenache vines are century-old bush vines, producing low yields of intensely flavoured fruit. Modern winemaking in the region is focused on producing wines with purity, finesse and hedonistic drinkability.

The sandy loam soils offer excellent drainage, allowing Pinot Gris vines to concentrate flavour while maintaining elegance and balance. The region’s maritime influence and moderate temperatures produce Pinot Gris wines with bright pear and citrus notes, subtle texture, and a refreshing finish.
